NuWave Botanicals, also known as Nu Wave Botanicals, is a well-established kratom and CBD vendor based in Spring, Texas. Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Chris Jepson, the brand quickly rose to prominence for its innovative kratom drinks and tablet offerings—setting it apart from traditional kratom powder suppliers.
With over 8,000 Instagram followers and thousands of satisfied customers, NuWave Botanicals has built a strong presence both online and throughout the Southern U.S. Its kratom product line is extensive, but the brand’s standout offering is its signature Café MIT kratom coffee—a first-of-its-kind artisanal brew combining the benefits of kratom with the flavor and functionality of instant coffee.
Despite its popularity, the brand’s website and packaging leave room for improvement. The site can be slow, with occasional user experience frustrations such as non-responsive chat pop-ups. Packaging aesthetics also feel outdated and may benefit from a modern redesign.
NuWave Botanicals features a wide selection of kratom options:
• Powders & Strains: Green Malay, Green Sumatra, Red Bali, Red Malay, White Hulu Kapuas, Premium Crushed Leaf, and more.
• Blends: Menage a Trois, Green X Kratom
• Specialty Products: Enhanced and fermented kratom
• Drinks & Shots: Café MIT Instant Coffee, Chief Kratom Liquid Shots
The Maeng Da Kratom strain is a customer favorite, praised for its dark, fresh appearance and well-balanced aroma. Though batch quality may vary due to the old-growth nature of Maeng Da leaves, NuWave’s sample tested as potent and smooth with a long-lasting aroma.
NuWave now publishes third-party certificates of analysis, searchable by lot number, for its house-brand kratom (tested by Cora Science, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab), plus manufacturer COAs for the other brands it carries. The vendor also uses UV sterilization to purify its products—a process that removes surface contaminants but may not reach the inner parts of a kratom kilo.
NuWave Botanicals is known for budget-friendly pricing:
• Samples: $2.50
• 250g: $34.00
• 500g: $58.00
• 1kg: $110.00
Bulk discounts sweeten the deal:

• 6 kg – $66.00 each
Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Customers also benefit from a no-questions-asked return policy on unopened products.
